Yearly plans are billed once per year. Credits from the plan are still granted monthly, so you get the same monthly credit allowance without a monthly checkout. Annual billing can reduce total cost compared with paying monthly for 12 months.

Credits come from the one-time welcome grant, credit pack purchases, and active subscription grants. Credits are recorded in your wallet only after durable payment fulfillment, such as a signed payment webhook. A checkout success redirect alone does not grant credits.

Credits usually appear shortly after payment fulfillment is confirmed. If your balance does not update after checkout, open Billing and review your credit activity. Credits are not granted from the success page alone.

Welcome credits and subscription grants follow the active grant rules shown in Billing. Purchased credit pack credits expire 12 months after they are granted unless your billing policy states otherwise.

Yes. Saved full reports can be reopened without spending credits again. Credits apply to the first unlock of a report, not every revisit.

Yes. Subscription renewal can be canceled at period end from Billing. Canceling renewal stops the next billing cycle. Credits already granted for the current period remain in your wallet.

Refund requests are reviewed by support. Used credits and generated reports are generally non-refundable. See the Billing Policy for eligibility, timing, and how to submit a refund review request.

Google sign-in connects your reports, credits, billing history, and subscription status to one MogScore account. Checkout, wallet balance, and saved full reports all require a signed-in user.

Yes. Pay-as-you-go credit packs are designed for occasional unlocks. Choose Starter, Basic, or Standard packs on the pricing page, then complete checkout while signed in with Google.
