Billing Policy

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel subscription renewal from your billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not immediately remove access for a paid period that has already started.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions remain active until the current paid period ends. Credits already granted for the current period remain usable until their normal expiry. Yearly plans bill annually and grant credits monthly during the paid annual period.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed by support. Used credits and generated reports are non-refundable, including generated full reports and generated AI outputs.

Unused credit pack purchases may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase. Subscription purchases or renewals may be eligible for refund within 7 days only when the current-period subscription credits have not been used.

If a refund or chargeback is processed, MogScore may revoke remaining credits from the related purchase or subscription period. Welcome credits have no cash value and are not refundable, transferable, or withdrawable.

Credit terms

Credits are not cash, stored value, gift cards, or currency. Credits can be used only inside MogScore for supported tools.

Welcome credits expire after 90 days. Purchased credits expire after 12 months. Subscription credits expire at the end of the applicable subscription period.
